Recent Republican Resolutions, issued by the Yemeni President Abdu Rabo Mansur Hadi, related to the conduct of fundamental changes in military leaders who have been dominant on the reins of power in the country for more than a quarter of a century and associated mainly with the era of the former president Ali Abdullah Saleh, formed an opportunity to rearrange the dysfunctional situation in Yemen since the start of protest demanding the overthrow of the regime before more than a year.

Hadi had recognized that the beginning of correcting situations lies in the disengagement of public job that serves the state and position of family which has been restricted to relatives of the former president. This position, with the passage of years, turned to be like fiefdom in which influential figures refuse to leave office in order to preserve especial legacy but not the legacy of the state.

It is important to note the need of commitment of the political parties in the country, especially those kept on adhering power for decades and want continuation of situation of pre- revolution youth which overthrew the project of power succession, to the resolutions issued by the President Hadi, which translated the operational mechanism of the GCC Initiative of power transition in order to preserve Yemen and find save exit of the crisis which has razed it and still razing it for more than a year. Everybody should not be stumbling block in front of these settlements which Hadi, who gained unprecedented popular, regional and international legitimacy, had started it and so not to be subjected to international community sanctions.

President Hadi is demanded to increase the pace of steps to normalize the situation in the country and get rid of the centers of power and influence which took away the state's prestige during the reign of the former president.

President Hadi needs strong support from all political parties and everybody should respond from his position to plan of rebuilding the state which has lost its identity during the reign of Saleh. It is also wanted to put pressure on the former president to respond to requirements of new situation and convince him of the need to leave the political scene within the transitional stage, 2 years, according to the GCC Initiative in order to allow Hadi address what Saleh's regime left of conflicts and tighten economical and political crises through demanding the government to implement reforms within few months, Saleh's regime was the reason behind non-implementation of it throughout more than 33 years.
