Saudi Arabia's role in saving Yemen

Saudi Arabia had excreted and still excreting efforts to save Yemen. Riyadh's efforts in last year's historically laborious and confused period, had been significant in taking the Yemenis out of the bottle neck, and Yemen friends' conference that had been recently held in Riyadh is another indication of the unlimited support that is provided by Saudi Arabia.
It granted Yemen three billion and two hundred and fifty million dollars, however what distinguished the Saudi role is that it didn't favor any particular party and stood at equal distance from all disputing parties.
The Kingdom bet on the interests, security and stability of the Yemeni people, where the division of the elites during the popular protests was a potential gate for civil war, however Riyadh managed to adjust the rhythm of apathetic attitudes through opening impartial contact channels, playing its role in a calm and solemn manner.
It convinced the political forces to sign the GCC initiative which was a lifeline for the Yemenis and has contributed to the stability and security of Yemen.
The Kingdom has the advantage of the knowledge of the Yemeni affairs, which is based on bilateral interests, and governed by the strategic links between the two countries. Had it not been to the Saudi's wisdom in its positive shrewd undertaking of the Yemeni affairs, our country would have been now in the middle of a civil war and would have been a fertile ground for terrorism and chaos.
On the other hand, the intervention of the Iranian Mulas in the Yemeni question is considered to be the most outstanding cunningness and wickedness, as the Iranian strategy is built on trickery, anarchy spread and abetting of civil wars.
The Iranian option is to change Yemen into a disorderly and divided area, so as to dominate the northern geographical area and change the rest into a terror generating area, so as to exhaust the region and destabilize the global peace and security.
At the same time it wants to use us as a trump card in the advantage of its national security. We are required as Yemenis to keep our achievements that are acquired through the GCC initiative and to strengthen our relations with Saudi Arabia which is a friend indeed that we found times of need.
