In the same methods and steps followed by Hassan Nasrallah in Southern Lebanon, which ended in establishing a state outside the control of the Lebanese state, and linked to the Iranian rulers. Hassan Nasrallah, the ruler of the southern state is the representative of the Waliat al-Faqih, Ali Khameni.
In the same method and seeking the same result, the Houthis are seeking to establish a state in northern Yemen, linked to Iran, which its intervention in Arab affairs extended to Yemen through the Safawi Shiite of the Houthis.
The so called abdul-Malik al-Houthi became the representative of the Faqih in northern Yemen. He made Saada as the seat for his state, and its militia men are expanding into the neighboring governorates, where they seek to control Haja so as to have an access to the coast of the Red sea
, so as to find an outlet to Iranian vessels which carry weapons, trainers and guides so as to change northern Yemen into a resistance pocket for the attrition of Yemen and all Arabia, particularly Saudi Arabia.

The Houthis have benefited from the chaos in Yemen, the north and Saada in particular. Dr. Abu Bakr al-Girbi the Yemeni Foreign Minister ensures that the Houthis with the direct help of the Iranian Mulas, who provide weapons, equipments and money for them are besieging the Yemeni tribes and the army camps.
They evicted many of the people and dignitaries from Saada and the neighboring areas. They are imposing their conditions and sectarian legal opinion on those who stayed in order to enforce the Safawi Shiite on them. This resulted in a sectarian discrimination which is resisted by the Yemeni tribes, which are helpless in facing the Safawi extension, as the Houthis are receiving unlimited support from Tehran Mulas.
Yemeni officials fear that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard may succeed in making a sea bridge with the Houthis through the control of the coasts of the Red sea in Haja. This will provide a channel through which weapons, trainers and even subversive destructive elements that enable the Houthis and Iranians to expand and change south Arabia on the Saudi boarders into focal point for disturbance.
