The Yemeni President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi gained unprecedented internal and external support helps him to reorder his priorities to take Yemen out of its many ordeals and obstacles facing it in the transitional process to a period titled security and stability, after more than a year of protests that demanded change.

Internally, the army and popular committees, set up of tribesmen of Abyan, granted President Hadi real opportunity to restore the prestige of the state which has been lost throughout years when ex-president Ali Abdullah Saleh was in power as armed groups grabbed wide space of the state lands in north and south. The army has achieved in less than two months what the former regime was not able to achieve in years. Al-Qaeda group found itself out of spheres of influence which it gained during the long last years in Jaar and Zinjubar in Abyan and Rada in Bayda and Azzan in Shabwa. It lost strongholds which it has not thought that one day it will get out of.

Hadi gained greater support of the international community with the resolution issued by the Security Council on Yemen as it renewed absolute support to him and military and civil decisions he takes. It threatens to take punitive measure against everybody foils these decisions according to Article 41 of Charter of the United Nations.

These indicators stressed support of all states of the world to President Hadi and the most important thing is exploiting the support and translating it on the ground and to move rapidly to address internal situations as well as sending a message to political, military and tribal parties saying that the state is ready to deal with things in different manners of that which ex-president Ali Abdullah Saleh used to do. It was based on the game of political, tribal and regional balances. This politics caused damage to Yemen and made everybody rebels against the state and establishes his own entity.

The President Hadi has to exploit this international mobilization to build new sample of the state which does not based on individual loyalty as far as loyalty based on homeland. The man gains all political powers respect, let alone being supported by large numbers of people who see ability in him to restore things to normal situation. He does not belong to a tribe, military or political institutions after he distanced himself of the General People's Congress (GPC) institution.

It is important that Hadi moves today but not tomorrow to address the outstanding issues, particularly in the institutions of the army and security, taking advantage of unprecedented state of support to him and his decisions internally and externally to start a comprehensive operation, even if it seemed complicated, for the transfer of Yemen from the case of stagnation in the current conditions to a new stage be able to bring stability and security of the country, which in turn will bring investment to the country that needs to get out of the bottle neck with the lowest possible losses.
