Yemen, some facts

It is an established fact that the former president Ali Abdullah Saleh is now out of power, however he is not outside the political game. It also seems that he hadn't prepared himself for accepting this fact and he needs sometime so as to get used to being a former President.
It is also a fact that he is using his shrewdness for employing a number of trump cards for staying inside the political and media events, and is seeking to provoke the politicians of the new stage at the presidency and the National Reconciliation Government "RG", where, some of them seem easy to provoked.

An important fact is that the basis of "dancing with snakes" in Yemen has greatly changed, differing from the former basis, created by Saleh in playing with his snakes, a fact which all who are concerned with should be aware of it , including Saleh himself.

If Saleh became adept in dancing with the snakes for a long time, he should know that the local snakes are now not alone in the racetrack that Saleh used to master, because Saleh had had the greater role in bringing international ones into the stage and now they seem determined to change the basis of the dance that were set by Saleh. They had made many amendments in it. Those who have danced in accordance with the older basis, are not taking heed of these amendments.

The observation of the failure to recognize the changes that had happened due to the access of new international and regional dancers explains the inflexibility of some local players in being aware of the progress of the new dance in Sana'a theatre.

It is also a fact that some of the new dancers on the stage don't master the process in accordance with the old methods of Saleh or the new one that is orchestrated by the American snake, and that is why they should first undertake good training before going into the stage or leave it for good.

It is also a fact that Hadi possesses undisputed legitimacy, which requires behaving in accordance with it. If the former president is describing his opponents as being against the constitutional legitimacy and outlaws, he and his men should not commit the same sin with which he used to accuse his opponents, after a new popular, regional and international authority has come, whatever his opinion about it might be.

A fact that should be stressed is that the non-compliance by Hadi's  resolutions, will only harm those who are concerned with it. It will not at the end affect its legality that  it is popularly, regionally and international supported.

Another fact is that former President Saleh had had a decent departure from power, that was not provided to any of the other Arab world spring leaders, however it is also a fact that the continuation of the ignorance that he became out of power will make him lose what he gained through the immunity law.

It is also a reality that Hadi is the most powerful person in the country, in terms of the many military statements and releases of the army and security leaders, who continue showing loyalty to him. It is a reality that these statements will be put on the stake in case of any decisions that are contrary to the desire of those who issued them.

One of the realities is that the old regime used to employ al-Qaeda as a political scarecrow for several objectives, including avoiding entering into open confrontation with it, and using it for attracting more western and regional support.

, however it is a reality that al-Qaeda is existing in the country, exploiting the security disorders resulting from the slowness in political transfer.     Only holding the former regime accountable for the spread of this organization in many Yemeni parts is also a mistake, because it ignores the other reasons for this spread and therefore makes it difficult to face it. It is also a reality that al-Qaeda is politically employed , however the exaggeration of this employment is a fact that should not be ignored.

Among the realities of the Yemeni affair is that the security solution with the outlaw groups like al-Qaeda and the Houthis had not been successful for a number of reasons, among them the lack of the political will for the success of this security solution, the absence of usage of rational methods in implementing this solution, non-existence of other intellectual and political solutions that accompany the political solution, which contributed to making this solution a problem in itself.

It is a reality that Ansar al-Sharia "Partisan of Sharia" in Loder have been exposed to a strong blow, because of the persistence of the Youth of the city and their stay in it. This changed the course of the latest fighting in the south. The Youth in Loder have benefited from their previous experience with Ansar al-Sharia when they allowed them to enter their city.
Loder's youth have also benefited from what happened in Zenjubar, when its residents left it and handed it over to al-Qaeda. Of course the sacrifices of the army cannot also be ignored, especially the 25th mechanical brigade, which resisted the besiege despite the weakness of the commander of the southern area at that time.

This reality leads to another one, in terms of the advantages of the involvement of the people's area in the resistance of extremism. This fact doesn't contradict the failure of the use of the security solution alone. The consequences of the security solution are temporary and will change into new problems unless they are part of an integrated solution.
The defeat of Ansar al-Sharia in Loder is a fact, however it is an introduction to more violence. It is clear from the follow up of these extremist groups that they become more dangerous when they are defeated. If an extremist group is dangerous when it is victorious, it is more dangerous when they are defeated, becoming like splinters of a huge bomb when it explodes into all directions, where the splinters explode again.

It is a fact that the Houthi is a racist, sectarian movement that exploited the security vacuum to extend its influence, committing crimes that amount to war crimes against the people whom they evicted and practiced genocide and doctrinal discrimination  against them, in Saada and other governorates.

It is a fact that the Houthis do not hide that they are the Iranian agents in Yemen like Hezbollah in Lebanon, Mogtada al-Sadr Army in Iraq and some of Khomeini agents in the Gulf countries.
It is also a fact that Iran seeks through its Houthi agent who is holding Saada people in a big prison, to destabilize Yemen and direct a blow to Saudi Arabia in its southern border.

It is also a fact that Iran is not hiding, is that they seek to separate the south so as to facilitate their domination over the north, which they consider a historical heritage and a usurped right that should be recovered, because the south is a Sunni that can cause a headache to them. It is one of the reasons that made their predecessors in the Imam era to refuse unification.
One of the facts that the Houthis ignore is the great change that happened after September revolution, which freed the Yemenis from their theocratic predecessors. It is the change that will hinder the spread of the Houthis' project and their effort to return the Yemenis to the house of obedience, in the name of religion and of being the descendants of the Prophet.

It is a fact that the people of the south suffered injustice and that the Southern Movement leaders are trying to exploit this injustice and employ it for political purposes so as to achieve the separation. These leaders don't seek to lift this injustice and they are benefiting from employing it for their special political interests, because many of these leaderships had participated in the injustice against our people in the south.
It worth mentioning that the facts in this article are expressing the opinion of its writer, they may be imperfect, however they cannot all be an imagination.
