The continuous artillery and rocket shelling on Arhab, Nehm, Bani Jermoz, Attacking Al-Hasaba and Sufan areas and shooting the protesters on Thursday Nov. 24th killing 5 and injuring 34 in addition to what will come after this multi-faceted terrorism from the officials remain in the regime against change squares and the Revolution Youth…. All this provides a clear message to the Acting President of the Republic (Abdu Rabu Mansour Hadi) which is that even if the Head of the Regime has signed the GCC Initiative in all its details; it doesn’t mean that he will be out of the daily scene in Yemen, and that those left in the regime still have the power and influence and they do not want the permission of any one, are not afraid of law and justice and ready to go even further in excess of killing and the like as kidnapping, imprisonment, torturing and displacement…etc as the regime was remarked by, and committing these crimes daily.    
 

Maybe this message wants to convey that the Acting President of the Republic won’t be able to achieve anything or stop anything which those left in the regime want it to be moving and critical, and he has to understand it clearly and stay at the place in which the regime put him in determining what to do and what not to do. So, we are in a dramatic situation in a new stage launched by those remained in the regime called After the initiative (AR), which is very dangerous situation that has very serious consequences. Therefore, the others can’t just receive this rashness of regime's remains without doing anything, and the International Community, also, can’t just watch the serious violations to human rights and their freedom. The result of all this could be that the officials left in the regime want to charge the Acting President with all the legal and security violations, like killing and displacement, to become one of those responsible to the UN unless, with a moral courage and a national stand, he makes use of the power given to him by the GCC Initiative, shows strictness to stop all rash actions, completely stops the terrorism acts, puts and end to legal violations and brings criminals to justice whoever they are.                        


Unless the Acting President starts to do this using all his powers, he will be convicted and the problem will be transferred from Ali Abdullah Saleh to Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi which means that the disappearance of the first puts the second responsible. He, the Acting President, either chooses to be strict and shows firm will, or to confess his inability in front of the people who are masters of their selves, then people will move to make their victory and complete the Revolution after the Acting President had failed to carry out his duties. So, after it has become clear that those left in the regime do not pay any attention to him and further disdain his powers putting him in a severe embarrassment, the Acting President either keeps silent making himself the first conniver in the killing and in the same charge, or chooses to encounter out of the honor of belonging to this country and its sovereignty and independence. That time, he will have to particularize the points of disorders and will be supported by the UN, GCC, and all national powers that will certainly stand by the decisions he makes. Without that, the Acting President has to declare his disappointment of those left in the regime and that he is unable to complete the journey due to the provocative powers that do not respect the Constitution and the International Agreements and are concerned more in bringing about serious implications that show the Acting President unable than in respecting the leading position.


Definitely, Hadi refuses to be an animated character, and in all cases, must have a stand so that he escapes being an accomplice with those left in the regime in killing people and messing the whole life of the country using all power they have and the desire to destroy life.
     
We would like to say to Hadi: you are trusted by all honest and principled, and do not let them down and drawing back. You are the fate of this country in this stage. Be the unique man to pass the difficulties, carry the country to the areas of life and freedom, don’t listen to those hesitant or terrorist people and practice your powers with the power of conscience and supported by the UN and all honest. Put an end to the cracking, falling down and the free killing and present your self generously as a well-known brave struggler and a man of highly classified missions.    


Be the stage that the country had chosen for a successful journey and say very briefly to those who skirmish our dreams, spoil our joy and do not believe in the highness and magnificence of human beings, say to all of them: Woe to anarchy and impossible. Start on bright future that rejects the fawn and lowness of the media and make it glorify non but the homeland. Be as you want; a man of purity, love and who able to gain victory since there in no other way than the way people had chosen in spite of those wrongful ones. We warmly congratulate you of the homeland. The homeland in which we dream of national partnership, equality, equal opportunities, justice and freedom, and may the eyes of the killers never sleep
