The historic decrees issued by the President of the Republic Field Marshal Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi pleased the Yemenis after they were fed up and were too aggravated. Everyone today understands the significance of these decisions, which came a little bit late. Still, these decisions came up after consultation and seminars, and even seeking the international experience that contributed to dot the i's and cross the t's about the logical way to reshape the armed forces according to the highest and most effective references.

These decisions came to put the military institution in the heart of its profession and duty, as they are also an essential prelude on the road to continue to achieve the demands of national reconciliation which is coupled with comprehensive change, to be out of the tunnel of the no-state, and to restore the significance of the system and the law that is applicable to everyone. Today, we can be proud of an achievement that was accomplished by more and hard struggle, especially if we know that this action make those corrupted sleepless as they live in the culture of confiscation of the state and its rules. Those were not pleased with what happened, and they might resort to desperate attempts searching for a way to disable these decisions. But, this time they will be shocked by a fact which they have always ruled out, imagining that the masses of Yemenis aspirations would fall under the misery of cutting off electricity and bombing the oil and gas lines, in parallel with the criminal assassinations of honorable military and political leaders.
